But from the ol' memory banks, FOG was a clan that was formed on the basis of having fun. We strived to make a comfortable environment for everyone that happened to cross our path, whether they be part of our clan or not. GMAN and Spidey were admirable players for their time, they would train new members and conduct friendly scrims with veteran members. Alas, it would not have worked without the brains behind the operation and the glue that stuck us all together, -Civil-. He owned the server, he owned the forum, but most of all he owned the loyalty and respect of every member who would join or wanted to join. If one was to sum -Civil- up in three words, they would be, "Manners maketh man". In the end FOG disbanded on February 7th, 2009, with a record of 13-3.

Unfortunately the all time roster for FOG Phase One is lost to this world, but the post above names notable characters that once passed through the clan.

Phase Two

On February 19, 2013, 4 years after the original disbanded, Spidey began the revival of FOG alongside White-Wizard. Repurposing the clan towards the PC sector, bringing more Force-wielding competition to the platform. New purpose, but same ideals. People had heard the stories of the Almighties and came to congregate once more under the tag (FOG). At the end of it's run they had accrued a pretty stellar group of players for the time and they ended with their record being 11-5, rounding out the tag of FOG having a 24-8 record.

FOG made me fall in love with swbf2 online, and I'm truly grateful for everyone who was part of this amazing community. You guys are what made this game such a timeless classic for me, and truly worthy of being one of PS2's greatest hits. Thank you for the life lessons, the laughs, the encouraging support, and your steadfast loyalty over the years. Thank you for building a beautiful community that paved the way for others, and gave them something to aspire to. Thank you for being the mentors and role-models that some people may not have known they needed, yet asking for nothing in return.
