Master Raul was first found by Jedi Master Viking, who at the time was overseeing the evacuation of the Tion Cluster. Strong in the force, yet impulsive the Jedi Council agreed that Master Neji would be the new jedi's master. And from there, his skills in the force erupted. Soon Master Raul was a Knight in the Jedi army of JOG and fighting many of its battles. In fact in 2011, no Jedi of JOG fought in more. From the frontlines of the Milleniuem Drone Wars to the disputes of BOT advancement into their surrounding star systems, Master Raul was there. His impulsive drive for battle help forge JOG into a smooth running police force all through out the PS2 Sector. In late June early July of 2011, Master Raul was brought up to the Jedi Council, a move rather unique in JOG history do to his limited time spent with the Nation itself. However the move proved correct as from his spot on the council, Raul was able to continue JOG's drive to create peace yet carrying a large stick to beat back any and all incursions to that peace.
